I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was incredibly convenient for the event I was attending, and the parking was hassle-free. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

They didn't clean my room or leave me fresh towels on my last day, but charged me x2 of what the hotel cost was without telling me. I never received a call until it was too late to not be charged.

The location of the hotel was near tourist hotspots and shopping areas, which was very convenient. the free breakfast offered was a nice touch, and our room was cleaned daily.

Our stay was not up to par with what we were expecting. The room was old and outdated, with malfunctioning appliances and a musty smell that never quite went away.

was in town to isit college student location to downtown and shops was perfect- had fridge and microwave

did not have wifi or hair dryer, also even though room 501 was non smoking, the 2 rooms right across hall were smoking and i could smell the offensive odor- maybe they should be seperated by floors

Decent location and clean rooms. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing coffee and a steady internet connection. the lobby appeared well-kept and quietly welcoming.

Our experience had plenty of unwelcome surprises. the hallway smelled of cigarettes and we found a shortage of towels in the bathroom.

Nice hotel to stay for a short period. We stayed one night in king room, clean, spacious. Good breakfast included. Great value!

Convenient location to our weekend event.

Upon arrival, not only did the customer check in desk smell of cigarettes, so did the hallway of the building we stayed in. We paid for several things that we weren't able to even use - the WIFI didn't work in our building and the pool was closed b/c a staff member didn't show up. Bags of trash were left in front of the entrance (in the hot sun) for two days. To add to the unsanitary conditions, there were used bath clothes left in our room from the previous customer. All around, this was not a clean, comfortable stay.

It was close to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. Our daughter was admitted to this hospital, so it was convenient for us.

Low cost, location, frendly staff.

Pool was closed. Vending machines had metal screens on them. Breakfast could have been much better than toast and cereal.

Not much, but worth the money.

The tv remote's batteries were no good.
